CSCC驗廠總結(jié)
一、突襲。上午9時50分,審核員自行來到工廠門口,出示身份證明。在填完訪客登記后,直接進(jìn)入寫字樓。
二、首次會議。聲明工廠一切均有權(quán)查看及詢問,工廠方面需全力配合;出示檢查清單,請工廠方面立即準(zhǔn)備文件;詢問并填寫工廠基本問題;詳細(xì)詢問工廠結(jié)構(gòu)。
三、巡視生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場。
1.專門往偏僻的角落里鉆,查看一些遺漏在現(xiàn)場的記錄資料。
2.反客為主,指東走西。你帶他走這邊他偏要走那邊,如此三數(shù)次我干脆由他帶路算了,從此喪失主動權(quán)。
3.不厭其煩。每個車間有無兩個安全出口、消防通道有無堵塞、逃生黃線有無褪色、每個藥箱的急救用品配置及藥箱數(shù)量、仔細(xì)查看安全逃生指示圖有無標(biāo)明所在位置、檢查各車間電路開關(guān)、危險品的存放與標(biāo)示、工人勞保用品的配備、檢查現(xiàn)場工序是否與訂單相符。
4.查看每一個洗手間。
5.走遍每個角落、到達(dá)所有出口、確認(rèn)廠區(qū)外墻。每個地方走到墻面前才回頭。
6.所有一切均拍照記錄。
四、檢查文件。
1.一網(wǎng)打盡。營業(yè)執(zhí)照、國地稅執(zhí)照、勞動年審證、社保年審證、排污許可證、加班批文、社保達(dá)標(biāo)批文、員工手冊、ISO證書……。
2.員工檔案、合同。
3.8、9月工資、考勤。
4.詢問有無工會、招聘工人條件、工廠年齡最大與最小員工、男女比例、保安人數(shù)、有無搜身。
5.提供消防演習(xí)記錄、急救培訓(xùn)記錄、危險品MSDS、設(shè)備清單。6.目前在做的客人百分比;委托驗廠的客戶最近的訂單;交貨期;月產(chǎn)量;外發(fā)加工工序、工廠名稱、地址、電話、聯(lián)系人;有無參加行業(yè)協(xié)會。
7.出勤人數(shù)。
五、中午外賣飯盒,自付。不午休,繼續(xù)看文件。
六、員工訪談。
1.挑選小個及相貌年輕之員工。
2.必須提供單獨的房間作員工訪談。
3.依照比例抽取了10人。
七、評審總結(jié),填寫改善行動總結(jié)表。
八、16:00打的士離開,需時6個小時。
注意事項:
1.緊急疏散要演練好,因為審核員不會給太多的時間你去拖延,他們很精的。
2.態(tài)度要好,提供文件速度要快。文件一直有跟進(jìn)就不怕突擊審核了。3.生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場一定要清理干凈,不能出現(xiàn)不相關(guān)的記錄文字。
4.需要提供作為員工訪談的辦公室一定要清理干凈。
5.每天作好員工訪談,將其作為部門日常工作并定期抽查。
6.不要將要收藏起來的東西放到角落,因為那是審核員必經(jīng)之地。
7.隨時檢查藥箱。8.消防通道一定要留出來。
