這次的翻譯實習對我來說是次絕佳的挑戰(zhàn)。首先，與之前做的翻譯作業(yè)相比，這次翻譯任務相當艱巨，讓我第一次全身心的嚴肅認真對待翻譯。其次，這次翻譯讓我了解到跨文化交際這個新的領(lǐng)域,在翻譯的過程也增進了對這個新領(lǐng)域的了解;再次,這次的翻譯實習給了我一次把課堂所學的翻譯理論應用于實踐中的機會，在不但的比較，推敲，衡量，找到最佳字詞句的過程中，我也慢慢領(lǐng)悟到翻譯的真諦。最后，這次翻譯實習也上次難得的經(jīng)歷，進一步鍛煉我的翻譯水平，今后的筆譯和口譯的深造鋪磚添瓦。

這次翻譯實習讓我對如何做好翻譯，如何提高翻譯水平有了更加深刻的理解和感悟。首先，必須真正理解所要翻譯的材料；其次，用“忠實而通順”地傳達原作內(nèi)容。最后，審校譯文。由于初次接觸到醫(yī)療環(huán)境中跨文化交際的話題，初讀原文時一頭霧水，不知所措，也無從下筆。而無法理解原文的內(nèi)容自然也就無法表達。于是我在網(wǎng)上查看了中文英文的背景資料后，再重新閱讀原文。第一遍，掌握文章大意，對一些疑難詞句作上記號；第二遍細讀原文，逐詞逐句逐段地自習研究，解決疑難問題；第三編通讀原文，將全文精神“融匯于心”。因此，要理解原文，不僅要準確透徹地理解所譯的文本，而且還在文本之外下功夫，既要掌握文本的背景知識，以及與文本有關(guān)的各種專門知識。第二步是表達，翻譯的一般標準是“信雅達”，但針對此次文章的文體，可能把“忠實而通順”作為翻譯標準更加合適。為了完成“忠實而通順”地轉(zhuǎn)達原作內(nèi)容，就要正確處理忠實與通順的關(guān)系。忠實與通順，本事一個矛盾同意體的兩個方面，在表達的過程必須“統(tǒng)籌兼顧”，一方面要準確，精當?shù)剞D(zhuǎn)達原文的意義，另一方面又要是譯文通達曉暢，符合規(guī)范，不可顧此失彼，或者重此輕彼。最后，在對譯文做審校，第一遍，對照原文，我發(fā)現(xiàn)了一些漏譯，誤譯的地方。第二遍，脫離原文，檢查出一些生硬拗口的地方，還有些標點，斷句方面的錯誤。

通過這次翻譯實習也讓我認識到想要成為一名合格的譯者，第一，中文水平要高，要打下扎實的漢語基礎，特別是要下工夫提高自己的漢語表達能力；第二，外文水平要高，特別是要具有很強的閱讀理解和鑒賞能力；第三，知識面要廣；第四。要熟悉并掌握基本的翻譯技巧。在今后的英語學習中，我會更加嚴格要求自己，在這四個方面多下工夫，爭取做一名合格的譯者。
