一、所教班級(jí)基本情況
我們升入高二年級(jí)分了文理班,我所任教的是高二(3)班和高二(4)
班,均為理科班。通過(guò)高一階段的學(xué)習(xí),同學(xué)們大都掌握了拼讀單詞,背單詞的積極性越來(lái)越高,有了一定的閱讀量,寫作能力逐步提高,但總體來(lái)說(shuō),學(xué)生的基礎(chǔ)還是比較差主要表現(xiàn)在沒(méi)有自主學(xué)習(xí)的意識(shí),語(yǔ)法內(nèi)容似懂非懂,聽說(shuō)方面也很薄弱,要提高成績(jī),還需要我們很大的努力。
二、教學(xué)指導(dǎo)思想
認(rèn)真鉆研新課標(biāo),樹立新觀念,探索新教法,在學(xué)校教學(xué)計(jì)劃指導(dǎo)下進(jìn)行工作。在高一已經(jīng)做了一些嘗試的基礎(chǔ)上,更加重注發(fā)展學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)和合作學(xué)習(xí)的能力;形成有效的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)策略;培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的綜合運(yùn)用語(yǔ)言的能力;特別注重提高學(xué)生用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行思維和表達(dá)的能力。繼續(xù)拓寬學(xué)生的知識(shí)面,全面培養(yǎng)聽、說(shuō)、讀、寫四會(huì)能力,理解、分析和閱讀的能力,讓學(xué)生盡量貼近高考。
三、教材分析
按照新課程改革,本學(xué)期開設(shè)普通高中課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)驗(yàn)教科書英語(yǔ)必修(5)和選修(6)。(人教版)共10個(gè)單元內(nèi)容。
具體安排:對(duì)于10個(gè)單元,每一單元用10課時(shí),課本的學(xué)習(xí)可以這樣進(jìn)
行:上新課8個(gè)課時(shí),單元復(fù)習(xí)檢測(cè)2個(gè)課時(shí)。
四、教學(xué)內(nèi)容
本學(xué)期主要學(xué)習(xí)必修五和選修六。要求學(xué)生重點(diǎn)掌握每個(gè)單元中的黑體詞語(yǔ)以及出現(xiàn)的重要句型;語(yǔ)法主要為:過(guò)去分詞;倒裝;省略;虛擬語(yǔ)氣。其中過(guò)去分詞和現(xiàn)在分詞的區(qū)分使用和倒裝的用法是本學(xué)期教學(xué)的重點(diǎn)也是學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的難點(diǎn)
五、主要措施
(一)教學(xué)方面:
1、為了使學(xué)生打牢基礎(chǔ),提高聽說(shuō)讀寫的技能。
2、在聽力方面,進(jìn)一步提高學(xué)生的聽力水平,從高一就開始就對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行了聽力訓(xùn)練(用的是教材上的聽力部分)。本學(xué)期訂了《當(dāng)代中學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)報(bào)》,利
用上面的聽力材料每周專門拿一節(jié)課來(lái)上聽力。除了利用課堂上的時(shí)間外,還堅(jiān)持利用課余時(shí)間給學(xué)生放帶中英文字幕的經(jīng)典電影,讓學(xué)生融入一個(gè)說(shuō)英語(yǔ)的英語(yǔ)環(huán)境。
3、在詞匯方面,單詞一直是學(xué)記憶生的難點(diǎn)、薄弱點(diǎn),直接影響學(xué)生綜合能力的提高,在教學(xué)中要重視詞匯教學(xué),狠抓單詞的記憶與鞏固以及對(duì)詞匯的意義與用法的掌握。使學(xué)生掌握科學(xué)的單詞記憶方法和養(yǎng)成勤查詞典的習(xí)慣。為打牢學(xué)生的單詞基礎(chǔ),在每周單元學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)束前對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行單詞默寫檢查兩次,一次讓學(xué)生互評(píng),一次由老師親自評(píng)閱。每個(gè)單元,我們還是給學(xué)生總結(jié)好每個(gè)單元的背背佳,包括短語(yǔ)和經(jīng)典的句子,并檢查學(xué)生的背誦情況。
4、在閱讀方面,閱讀理解能力的培養(yǎng)是高中教學(xué)的重點(diǎn),也是高考的重頭戲。在單元教學(xué)中精心設(shè)計(jì)一節(jié)課閱讀課,充分培養(yǎng)鍛煉學(xué)生的閱讀能力,閱讀技巧,閱讀速度和閱讀效率,并且有計(jì)劃的指導(dǎo)學(xué)生掌握科學(xué)的閱讀方法。
5、在寫作方面,堅(jiān)持每?jī)稍乱淮巫魑挠?xùn)練,訓(xùn)練題材、方法力求多樣化,并能及時(shí)進(jìn)行講評(píng)。并針對(duì)高一新生的寫作基礎(chǔ),給予英文寫作的指導(dǎo)和誤區(qū)分析,可適當(dāng)讓學(xué)生多背誦一些常用的句型,句式,詞匯和短語(yǔ),或是很有代表性的范文。鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生寫英文日記,對(duì)個(gè)別英語(yǔ)特差的學(xué)生盡量多批改、多指導(dǎo)。
(二)在教研方面:
1、認(rèn)真研究新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn),尤其與舊大綱不同的地方,清楚哪些內(nèi)容是新增加的,哪些內(nèi)容是已經(jīng)刪掉的,哪些內(nèi)容初中已經(jīng)學(xué)的。認(rèn)真研究新教材,在集體備課的基礎(chǔ)上認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n、上課,認(rèn)真進(jìn)行自習(xí)輔導(dǎo)和批改作業(yè)。2、堅(jiān)持每周互相聽評(píng)課活動(dòng),相互取長(zhǎng)補(bǔ)短,提高各位教師自己的教學(xué)能力,加強(qiáng)本組教師間的教學(xué)交流。
3、集體備課是提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量和整體教學(xué)水平的有力保證,有利于經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的教師與年輕教師互為補(bǔ)充、共同提高。作為新教師,堅(jiān)持積極多參加集體備課,集體備課前先了解所教單元的重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)及在高考中的比重及為完成教學(xué)內(nèi)容所用的教法,然后與全組人員共同探討,最后確定下來(lái)。作為老教師,聽年輕老師的課,可以擴(kuò)展新的教學(xué)思路和方法,更好的激發(fā)學(xué)生的興趣,提高學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)成績(jī)。
總之,要做到因材施教。高二學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)水平參差不齊,這就要求我們高二英語(yǔ)教師在教學(xué)中做到因材施教。在備課的環(huán)節(jié)中,要考慮不同層次學(xué)生的需要,設(shè)計(jì)不同層次的活動(dòng)和題目,讓他們?cè)谡n堂上都能活動(dòng)起來(lái),都有事情可做,盡量讓他們不要過(guò)早掉隊(duì)。
