工作改革：
退火班：針對元月七號，全車間工業(yè)用電跳閘的情況，對退火工、作業(yè)人員進行斷電應急預案與演練。針對忽然斷電的特殊情況，確保生產(chǎn)的安全穩(wěn)定。
開箱班：改進生產(chǎn)步驟，不影響開箱速度的同時，保證了現(xiàn)場的整潔規(guī)范，并保持全月現(xiàn)場文明衛(wèi)生的認真落實
工作漏點：
退火班：二號爐側壓緊頻繁出現(xiàn)故障，例行維護沒有落實到位。開箱班：行吊指揮手勢要規(guī)范，以保證與天車工的密切配合。
工作重點：
1.安全生產(chǎn)，平平安安回家過年
2.設備點檢，制定了把設備分組分配給各個班員，并制定了規(guī)范的維護操作規(guī)程。
3.面對節(jié)假日，心不能散，在最緊要關頭仍要保質(zhì)保量的完成生產(chǎn)任務。
4.以學習的心態(tài)面對工作中面對的，重點難點，以確保學以致用。
