201*年12月29、30號我們迎來了高一上半學(xué)期的第三次大考。雖說只是12月的學(xué)情調(diào)查,但因為是期末考試之前的一次正式的考試,所以大家都能夠重視起來?荚嚨某煽冞是能反映出一些問題來的:一、試卷分析
試卷難易程度適中,知識面覆蓋較全,分布到位并非常仔細(xì),把握每個單元的英語知識分輕重的對我所學(xué)進(jìn)行了考核,尤其在試題內(nèi)容中采取了靈活變化的形式,充分體現(xiàn)了不僅僅是單調(diào)考知識內(nèi)容,而是考靈活運用知識的能力。二、考試情況分析
經(jīng)分析,失分較多的是閱讀理解題和完形填空題,還有任務(wù)型閱讀也失分較多。三、教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀產(chǎn)生的原因及改進(jìn)措施從這次考試情況來看,在對作文水平上有了一定的提高,但個別語法知識的掌握還不夠牢固,尤其是個別題目反復(fù)做過幾次也沒能把握好,閱讀理解能力也相對較弱,也與平時的不夠重視和練習(xí)較少有關(guān),針對這些問題和現(xiàn)象,在接下來的下半學(xué)期要采取的措施有:1、樹立學(xué)習(xí)英語的自信心,增加學(xué)習(xí)的積極性還是至關(guān)重要。
2、在以鞏固基礎(chǔ)知識為前提的基礎(chǔ)上多注重運用能力的訓(xùn)練和練習(xí),盡量做到“學(xué)以致用”。3、充分利用周天晚的30分鐘時間加強查英語詞典的訓(xùn)練和每天30分鐘英語文章的背誦練習(xí)。4、,拓展自己的知識面,培養(yǎng)運用語言進(jìn)行創(chuàng)造的能力。本次考試成績雖然不能說是很理想,但還是有一部分同學(xué)開了一個好頭兒。教師和學(xué)生也要好好分析,努力發(fā)現(xiàn)平時學(xué)習(xí)中的漏洞,探索更好的學(xué)習(xí)方法,以便今后的學(xué)習(xí)。當(dāng)然,除了這些,大量的時間和精力是必須要付出的。有付出才會有回報。備課組建議:一、重視課前預(yù)習(xí)
首先要說課前預(yù)習(xí)不僅可以幫助我們在課上提高聽講效率,更相當(dāng)于在以后的學(xué)習(xí)中多鞏固了一遍知識,加強了一遍記憶,所以在保證了之前學(xué)習(xí)效果的情況下抽時間多看看將要學(xué)的知識還是很有幫助的。以同學(xué)的經(jīng)驗來看,做好課前預(yù)習(xí),尤其是英語學(xué)科,你已經(jīng)成功一半了。
預(yù)習(xí)時要爭取初步理解新課的基本內(nèi)容,我認(rèn)為只要腦子里能有較深的印象就好了,更深入的老師會在課上詳細(xì)講,所以不需要在課下浪費時間細(xì)究。如果時間很少的話,以自己薄弱的為主就好了。預(yù)習(xí)的時候拿著筆隨時劃下重點,遇到不懂得就隨手寫下來等到上課或課間的時候問老師和同學(xué)。還有一條,不要只從個人興趣出發(fā),要多考慮學(xué)習(xí)的需要。在這個狀態(tài)下,有很多事是我們不愿做但卻必須做的,我們不能改變,只有接受。但這又引出了另一個話題,簡單說一下,“學(xué)習(xí)別耽誤玩”這句話,不只是一句玩笑,仔細(xì)想想,這其實是一句忠告。
二、提高課堂學(xué)習(xí)效率
我認(rèn)為這點是應(yīng)該老師和同學(xué)共同努力的。課前的2分鐘預(yù)備希望大家能夠重視,聽到這個鈴盡快做好整理一下桌面進(jìn)入學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài),老師沒來的時候可是看看書什么的,但是這時候最好不要問問題。上課時“走神”在所難免,但腦子里還是要緊繃著一根弦,時刻提醒著自己別走神,要是萬一發(fā)現(xiàn)走神了,就別神游了,趕緊回來,為時不晚。當(dāng)你覺得為時已晚的時候,恰恰是最早的時候。但切勿長期如此三、做好課堂筆記
這點唯一要提醒的就是如果在課上只有一兩個人跟不上的話,當(dāng)聽課與記筆記矛盾的時候,還是要以先聽懂為準(zhǔn),筆記可以下課借同學(xué)的抄。但如果很明顯有很大一部分人處于“混亂”狀態(tài)的時候,我認(rèn)為可以適當(dāng)提醒老師一下,不過態(tài)度千萬別太強硬,如果上課的時候沒有很好的時機,就要交給課代表課下跟老師溝通一下了。老師都是為了學(xué)生好,肯定會理解的。英語的筆記不多,上課也不趕,課上密度不是很大,就是有很多東西書上有,但很多老師都沒講到,這就需要我們自己在課下多翻書了。不過根據(jù)下面同學(xué)的反應(yīng)還是有很多人希望老師應(yīng)該多講講課文、重點講得再摳得細(xì)一點。四、課后及時復(fù)習(xí)五、做好作業(yè)
課后復(fù)習(xí)和前面預(yù)習(xí)的時候有點類似,還是把不懂的地方畫下來及時解決比較好。完成作業(yè)也是一種復(fù)習(xí),一定要堅持先看書后做作業(yè)。這點我想現(xiàn)在很少有人是這么做的,但既然這么寫了,我想一定會有他的道理。我們可以根據(jù)自己的個人情況今后在這方面做適當(dāng)?shù)恼{(diào)整。作業(yè),既然寫,就盡量好好寫。不然跟浪費時間有什么差別呢?這里要強調(diào)字跡、格式等要合乎規(guī)范。平時養(yǎng)成好習(xí)慣,考試的時候也不用擔(dān)心了。作業(yè)絕對不可抄襲,要獨立檢查作業(yè),不可匆忙做完,依賴與同學(xué)戶對答案。這點不用多說,我們都懂的。此外要適當(dāng)做課外練習(xí)題,老師完成的不用上交的作業(yè)也要認(rèn)真對待。作業(yè)發(fā)回來后認(rèn)真改錯,有必要的話根據(jù)情況自己弄一個改錯本,很有幫助,我們現(xiàn)在很多人都有這種習(xí)慣。六、適時進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)復(fù)習(xí)
就比如英語剛剛測完U1,我們就應(yīng)該在學(xué)完U1之前有種意識要過一遍,不僅是為了測驗的平時成績,更重要的是這樣能讓我們的基礎(chǔ)更扎實。高一打好基礎(chǔ),比起基礎(chǔ)不扎實的人以后學(xué)習(xí)新知識或者總復(fù)習(xí)時多少會輕松很多。系統(tǒng)復(fù)習(xí)的時候要確認(rèn)一下之前做記號的題是不是都問了會了掌握了,沒解決的這時候一定要盡快了。系統(tǒng)復(fù)習(xí)時多一定數(shù)量的練習(xí)題也可能更熟練地掌握相應(yīng)知識。七、正確對待考試
第一要積極面對考試別給自己太大的精神負(fù)擔(dān)。之前努力認(rèn)真學(xué)了,這時候就應(yīng)該有自信。只管冷靜的答題就好。答卷時慢審題快書寫,但字跡一定要盡量工整、仔細(xì)。先玩別出現(xiàn)答題卡涂串了這類問題先檢查省時、錯誤率高的題目,這是個檢查時很好的技巧。試卷發(fā)揮后按照以上作業(yè)的套路改錯。比作業(yè)多一點就是常在心里想想考試命題的特點,考試后考慮一下自己的學(xué)習(xí)現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)漏洞的話因人而異加以改進(jìn)。八、做好計劃珍惜時間
除了消化當(dāng)天知識完成當(dāng)天作業(yè),在自主學(xué)習(xí)時間要安排補習(xí)和提高。當(dāng)然這些都是按不同的情況每個人選擇適合自己的方式。要有月計劃和周計劃,月計劃明確任務(wù)目標(biāo),周計劃安排到每天。年級越高,計劃應(yīng)該是要越長遠(yuǎn)的。有計劃的學(xué)習(xí)累積起來是很大的一筆財富。但每天的計劃不要定的太死,給自己適當(dāng)?shù)亓粜┛烧{(diào)節(jié)的時間來緩沖或者調(diào)整。最后當(dāng)然是反復(fù)強調(diào)的要學(xué)會善于利用零碎時間。比如課間,中午,早晨九、戰(zhàn)勝學(xué)習(xí)中的挫折
要正確分析受挫原因就像以上提到的試卷分析,接下來要認(rèn)真聽一下:影響學(xué)習(xí)的主要因素有學(xué)習(xí)動機、學(xué)習(xí)興趣、意志力、自信心、競爭意識、謙虛品質(zhì)、學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣、方法、智力商數(shù)、外部因素等十個方面。但雖然要有競爭意識,合作也是很必要很有用的。這些我們還要慢慢去磨合、體會。我們每次都可以按照這幾條來完善自己的學(xué)習(xí)、生活。十、學(xué)習(xí)材料的分類存放
學(xué)習(xí)材料要保存好,最好是書里分科、科里分專題和時期存放,以便預(yù)習(xí)及復(fù)習(xí)。
