4月23日經(jīng)過3天的交接工作,原前廳部副經(jīng)理正式離職。為穩(wěn)定員工及滿足集團(tuán)以員工為本的企業(yè)精神,前廳部對(duì)原有工作制度進(jìn)行了調(diào)整。在面對(duì)大量管理層缺失的情況,前廳部采用競(jìng)爭(zhēng)上崗的機(jī)制。一方面穩(wěn)定員工情緒,另一方面提高了員工的工作積極性。在人手不足的情況下,如何滿足正常運(yùn)營(yíng)班次需要又重新成為了擺在面前的一道坎。

4月25日,前廳部召開大部門緊急會(huì)議,所有員工(除在崗頂班人員除外)均準(zhǔn)時(shí)參加會(huì)議。在本次會(huì)議中,各部門積極配合前臺(tái)工作,并零時(shí)抽取兩名員工至前臺(tái)頂崗。

6至10月期間,部門內(nèi)表現(xiàn)優(yōu)異人員分批升職到相應(yīng)崗位。在增加員工對(duì)企業(yè)的信任度的同時(shí)也提高了員工對(duì)企業(yè)的忠誠(chéng)度。

發(fā)現(xiàn)以上兩項(xiàng)問題后,前廳部將以提高管理層執(zhí)行力,及提升員工服務(wù)意識(shí)為主要目的,以加強(qiáng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理為手段的策略。在201*年12月份及201*年第一季度前,努力加強(qiáng)員工崗位素質(zhì)培訓(xùn),力求讓員工從思想上及工作態(tài)度上得到轉(zhuǎn)變并將之具體體現(xiàn)到服務(wù)積極性上。
