這學(xué)期我們小學(xué)英語教研組在學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的關(guān)心指導(dǎo)下,教導(dǎo)處的直接領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,堅(jiān)持以提高能力素質(zhì)為目標(biāo),不斷提高教師的教學(xué)水平,堅(jiān)持以人為本的原則,營(yíng)造人文關(guān)懷氛圍,努力增強(qiáng)學(xué)生的自主學(xué)習(xí)意識(shí)和創(chuàng)新精神,堅(jiān)持教學(xué)、科研相結(jié)合,不斷深化現(xiàn)代教育理論在教學(xué)中的實(shí)踐和運(yùn)用。在教研組兩位教師的共同努力、通力合作下,取得了可喜的成績(jī)。
一、加強(qiáng)理論學(xué)習(xí)
我們小學(xué)英語教研組由六個(gè)老師組成,除了我之外,其他都是年輕教師,因此我們教研組充滿活力,組里教師精力充沛,聰明好學(xué),工作干勁特別足。本學(xué)期,我們認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)《小學(xué)英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》,探討新形勢(shì)下教師角色的轉(zhuǎn)化,使每個(gè)教師樹立新的教育觀、教學(xué)觀,提高英語教師的理論水平,并且明確小學(xué)階段英語課程的目的是激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣,培養(yǎng)他們學(xué)習(xí)英語的積極態(tài)度,建立初步的學(xué)習(xí)英語的自信心,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生一定的語感和良好的語音、語調(diào)基礎(chǔ);使他們初步形成用英語進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單日常交流的能力,為終身發(fā)展服務(wù)。
二、加強(qiáng)教學(xué)常規(guī)工作
全組教師認(rèn)真領(lǐng)會(huì)《小學(xué)英語教學(xué)大綱》的精神,認(rèn)真鉆研教材,在教學(xué)中根據(jù)各班學(xué)生的實(shí)際情況,適當(dāng)調(diào)整,使全體學(xué)生的英語水平達(dá)到大綱的要求。結(jié)合英語教學(xué)的特點(diǎn),實(shí)施每天早讀制度,切實(shí)提高學(xué)生的閱讀、會(huì)話能力。
在備課中,嚴(yán)格按照學(xué)校的要求,做到清晰、規(guī)范,備過程、備方法、備教材、備學(xué)生,做到“心中有本”、“心中有生”。課堂教學(xué)中,用英語組織教學(xué),通過創(chuàng)設(shè)合理的教學(xué)情景,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生在模擬或真實(shí)交際中理解、模仿和運(yùn)用語言;充分運(yùn)用實(shí)物、圖片、手勢(shì)、直觀教具和表演等方法,生動(dòng)活潑地進(jìn)行外語教學(xué)。加大信息技術(shù)輔助英語教學(xué)的力度。課后認(rèn)真反思,及時(shí)總結(jié)得失,以利于以后的教學(xué)。
為了能更好地提高英語教學(xué)質(zhì)量,我組針對(duì)學(xué)生在英語學(xué)習(xí)過程中存在的實(shí)際情況,統(tǒng)一單元試卷、習(xí)題練習(xí),真正做到資源共享。每位教師在平時(shí)及時(shí)地進(jìn)行補(bǔ)差補(bǔ)缺,做到把握教材和教學(xué)目標(biāo)的統(tǒng)一,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時(shí)補(bǔ)救,最終使全體學(xué)生達(dá)到預(yù)定的要求,努力做到課課通、單元清,為提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量提供保障。
三、加強(qiáng)拓展課程
拓展課程是重要的教輔手段,也是提高學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的重要途徑之一。在開展拓展課程可充分發(fā)揮中美文化融合的優(yōu)勢(shì),盡可能的調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的積極性,發(fā)掘?qū)W生的智力潛力,幫助學(xué)生提高自身素質(zhì),實(shí)現(xiàn)個(gè)性的健全發(fā)展,使學(xué)生的特長(zhǎng)得以發(fā)揮。我們兩位教師根據(jù)班級(jí)的實(shí)際情況,盡可能多的為學(xué)生提供語言實(shí)踐
機(jī)會(huì),為學(xué)生創(chuàng)設(shè)一個(gè)開放輕松的口語交際空間,提供展現(xiàn)自我的平臺(tái)。我們還結(jié)合實(shí)際情況,適當(dāng)拓展一些閱讀材料,以提高學(xué)生的閱讀理解能力。
四、成績(jī)
本學(xué)期由于我們?nèi)M老師團(tuán)結(jié)一致,齊心協(xié)力,因此在本學(xué)期取得了良好的成績(jī)。趙益老師雖說是一名剛踏上工作崗位的新老師,但是由于我們一齊努力,短短一年,她已經(jīng)是一名能獨(dú)擋一面的英語老師了;在本次期終考試中我們一年級(jí)和二年級(jí)的成績(jī)喜人,班級(jí)之間的差異正逐步縮;三年級(jí)的平均分由原來與區(qū)平均相差幾分到現(xiàn)在與區(qū)平均基本持平,進(jìn)步明顯;四年級(jí)組的英語平均分在原來與區(qū)平均還有一分多點(diǎn)的距離,在本次考試中與區(qū)平均也基本持平;五年級(jí)的英語成績(jī)?cè)谠瓉淼幕A(chǔ)上又有了飛躍,平均分超了區(qū)平均。在各級(jí)各類英語競(jìng)賽中,也卓有成果,五年級(jí)的吳凱越在區(qū)科普英語競(jìng)賽中獲三等獎(jiǎng);五年級(jí)的呂玉茗在上海市“通訊杯”聽力競(jìng)賽中獲三等獎(jiǎng),良好成績(jī)的取得離不開每位教師的辛勤耕耘。
五、努力的方向
但是在看到成績(jī)的同時(shí)我們也發(fā)現(xiàn)了一些不足,如我們的教科研能力還有待提高,學(xué)生的閱讀能力總顯不足,在考試中中高年級(jí)不及格的學(xué)生還存在等等,在今后的工作中,我們應(yīng)在以下幾個(gè)方面去努力:
1、加強(qiáng)思想教育,使學(xué)生端正學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度;
2、根據(jù)學(xué)生的實(shí)際情況,制作一些學(xué)生所喜歡的課件,尋找學(xué)生所喜歡的
素材,激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣;
3、對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)的練習(xí)要精選精練,要有針對(duì)性,哪個(gè)內(nèi)容薄弱就多訓(xùn)練哪個(gè)內(nèi)
容,使學(xué)生各個(gè)方面全面發(fā)展;
4、既關(guān)愛差生,及時(shí)補(bǔ)缺補(bǔ)差,又要照顧到優(yōu)等生,讓他們?cè)谠械幕A(chǔ)
上更上一個(gè)臺(tái)階。
5、多與家長(zhǎng)聯(lián)系與溝通,爭(zhēng)取家長(zhǎng)的力量,為能提高整個(gè)年級(jí)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)
態(tài)度與成績(jī)而齊心協(xié)力。
