本學期我擔任七年級兩個班的英語;厥走@一學期的教學工作,感觸頗多。一、認識教材,了解學生。新教材內(nèi)容豐富,理念新穎,針對的是有一定英語基礎的學生,同時該教材營造了一個傾向本土化語言的環(huán)境,很多內(nèi)容對于國內(nèi)學生理解起來有點難度。和以前的教材相比,起點比較高,單詞的呈現(xiàn)比較多,而且難度剃度不明顯,提倡“用到即學”。而作為學習該教材的本屆學生來講,他們當中大部分沒有接觸過英語,有的也就是小部分在暑假接觸過英語,才初步入門。在這樣的情況下,感覺上課難度比較大。

二、因材施教,掌握難度。學生是學習的主體。因此,了解和分析學生情況,有針對地教對教學成功與否至關重要。最初接觸教學的時候,我還不懂得了解學生對教學的重要性,只是專心研究書本,教材,想方設法令課堂生動,學生易接受。,比如聽力在本套教材中難度比較大,我就把聽力的形式進行適當?shù)母牧,讓學生更容易聽懂,不斷提高學生的積極性。同時根據(jù)不同的班級的學生性格特點,我也采取了不同的策略。開展各種各樣的小組活動,讓他們討論合作,鼓勵他們積極發(fā)言。

三、調(diào)動氣氛,參與鼓勵在課堂教學開展過程中,我感覺學生一部分不愿意起來發(fā)言:一個是教材比較有難度,怕講錯;另外一個是學生膽子比較小。針對這樣的情況下,我把教材難度降低,并采取表揚和鼓勵的方式。四、加強鞏固,分批對待.因為英語的特殊情況,學生在不斷學習中,會出現(xiàn)好差分化現(xiàn)象,差生面擴大,會嚴重影響班內(nèi)的學習風氣。每次教授了新單詞以后,我都及時抽時間給他們聽寫,并認真批改。有時候,課文里出現(xiàn)的精彩實用的句子,我也要求學生背下來,我把4個同學分成一個小組,讓成績相對比較好同學擔任小組長,這樣想偷懶就比較難了。而對不同基礎的學生,我給他們的底線也不一樣。一開始我都是統(tǒng)一要求所有的學生,后來我感覺這樣不符合實際。有些學生對語言的感知能力本身就比較差,越是統(tǒng)一要求,他就什么也沒有學到。因此,我就把學生分開,一般的,大部分同學的要求是統(tǒng)一的,而小部分接受能力比較差的同學,我就用相對低一點的標準給他們,這樣做以后,逐漸提高標準,學生學到的明顯多了。

在課堂教學之余,我還積極參加教研活動,參與我們英語組內(nèi)的備課和說課,并且上公開課。通過這樣的活動,有效的提高了自己對教材的理解。通過一個學期的努力,學生的成績有了進步。
