二○○六年已經(jīng)過去,在這一年里,xx大酒店在xx公司和xx公司的共同經(jīng)營下有了較大的變化,兩家股東投入大量的資金對酒店部分設(shè)備設(shè)施進(jìn)行了更新和改造,荒廢多年的三樓經(jīng)過裝修營業(yè),彌補(bǔ)了酒店娛樂項(xiàng)目的空缺,使酒店的服務(wù)項(xiàng)目更加完善,針對客房異味的問題,通過打開窗戶通風(fēng)得到了根本的解決,同時對客房舊電視進(jìn)行了更新,所有的這些給酒店帶來了生機(jī)和希望。酒店設(shè)備的更新、服務(wù)項(xiàng)目的完善、員工服務(wù)水準(zhǔn)的進(jìn)一步提高,使xx大酒店在201*年的星評復(fù)核中取得有史以來的最好成績第二名,使xx大酒店在酒店業(yè)有了較高的聲譽(yù)。所有的這些都是店級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的有效管理和酒店各部門員工的努力是分不開的。所以酒店較注重員工的精神文明建設(shè),給員工創(chuàng)造了良好的生活空間,將酒店的洗衣房改造成一個寬敞的員工餐廳和員工活動的兩用室,并添置了桌球、乒乓球桌、棋牌等娛樂項(xiàng)目,并多次開展各項(xiàng)比賽,即增強(qiáng)了員工的體質(zhì)又豐富了員工的業(yè)余生活,酒店還將太陽能熱水安裝到了員工宿舍,解決了員工冬天洗澡的問題。所有的這些員工只能通過認(rèn)真工作來回報(bào)酒店。今年來前廳部在人員不斷更換的情況下,所有的員工仍然能夠克服困難、團(tuán)結(jié)進(jìn)取,圓滿的完成酒店交給的各項(xiàng)接待任務(wù),全年共接待了VIP團(tuán)四個,會議無數(shù)次,在整個接待過程中受到客人的好評,一年來前廳部做好了以下幾項(xiàng)工作:一、加強(qiáng)業(yè)務(wù)培訓(xùn),提高員工素質(zhì)前廳部作為酒店的門面,每個員工都要直接的面對客人,員工的工作態(tài)度和服務(wù)質(zhì)量反映出一個酒店的服務(wù)水準(zhǔn)和管理水平,因此對員工的培訓(xùn)是我們的工作重點(diǎn),今年來針對五個分部制定了詳細(xì)的培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃:針對總機(jī),我們進(jìn)行接聽電話語言技巧培訓(xùn);針對行李處的行李運(yùn)送和寄存服務(wù)進(jìn)行培訓(xùn);接待員的禮節(jié)禮貌和售房技巧培訓(xùn);特別是今年七月份對前廳部所有員工進(jìn)行了長達(dá)一個月的外語培訓(xùn),為今年的星評復(fù)核打下一定的基礎(chǔ),只有通過培訓(xùn)才能讓員工在業(yè)務(wù)知識和服務(wù)技能上有進(jìn)一步的提高,才能更好的為客人提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù)。

二、給員工灌輸“開源節(jié)流、增收節(jié)支”意識,控制好成本

“開源節(jié)流、增收節(jié)支”是每個企業(yè)不矢的追求,前廳部員工積極響應(yīng)酒店的號召,開展節(jié)約、節(jié)支活動,控制好成本。為節(jié)約費(fèi)用,前廳部自己購買塑料籃子來裝團(tuán)隊(duì)的鑰匙,減少了鑰匙袋和房卡的使用量,給酒店節(jié)約了費(fèi)用(原來不管是團(tuán)隊(duì)還是散客,每間房間都必須填寫房卡和使用鑰匙袋,通過團(tuán)隊(duì)房不使用房卡和鑰匙袋后,大大節(jié)省了費(fèi)用,房卡0.1xxxx/張,鑰匙袋0.1xxxx/個,每天團(tuán)隊(duì)房都100間以上,一年可節(jié)約一筆較大的費(fèi)用);商務(wù)中心用過期報(bào)表來打印草稿紙;督促住宿的員工節(jié)約用水電;控制好辦公用品,用好每一張紙、每一支筆。通過這些控制,為酒店創(chuàng)收做出前廳部應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn)。

三、加強(qiáng)員工的銷售意識和銷售技巧,提高入住率

前廳部根據(jù)市場情況,積極地推進(jìn)散客房銷售,今年來酒店推出了一系列的客房促銷方案如:球迷房、積分卡、代金券、千元卡等促銷活動,接待員在酒店優(yōu)惠政策的同時根據(jù)市場行情和當(dāng)日的入住情況靈活掌握房價,前臺的散客有了明顯的增加,入住率有所提高,強(qiáng)調(diào)接待員:“只要到前臺的客人,我們都要想盡辦法讓客人住下來”的宗旨,爭取更多的入住率。四、注重各部門之間的協(xié)調(diào)工作

酒店就像一個大家庭,部門與部門之間在工作中難免會發(fā)生磨擦,協(xié)調(diào)的好壞在工作中將受到極大的影響。前廳部是整個酒店的中樞部門,它同餐飲、銷售、客房等部門都有著緊密的工作關(guān)系,如出現(xiàn)問題,我們都能主動地和該部門進(jìn)行協(xié)調(diào)解決,避免事情的惡化,因?yàn)榇蠹业墓餐康亩际菫榱司频,不解決和處理好將對酒店帶來一定的負(fù)面影響。五、加強(qiáng)各類報(bào)表及報(bào)關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的管理

前臺按照公安局的規(guī)定對每個入住的客人進(jìn)行入住登記,并輸入電腦,境外客人的資料通過酒店的報(bào)關(guān)系統(tǒng)及時的向國家安全局出入境管理科進(jìn)行報(bào)關(guān),認(rèn)真執(zhí)行公安局下發(fā)的通知,對每位住客的貴重物品進(jìn)行提醒寄存。前廳部所有的報(bào)表和數(shù)據(jù)指定專人負(fù)責(zé),對報(bào)表進(jìn)行分類存檔并每月統(tǒng)計(jì)上報(bào)。二○○五年客房收入與二○○六年客房收入進(jìn)行對比,住房率增加了9.4xxxx,但收入?yún)s減少了240223.0xxxx,主要原因是因?yàn)榫频陿I(yè)之間的惡性竟?fàn)帉?dǎo)致平均房價降低,入住率增加而收入減少的現(xiàn)象,客房簡況表附后。
