回眸近兩個月工作，本人有良好的職業(yè)道德和較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心。在平時工作中，對自己嚴(yán)格要求，認(rèn)真執(zhí)行各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度，積極主動，認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)。在管理公司對我能力的信任下，主要負(fù)責(zé)采購監(jiān)督、供應(yīng)商管理、采購制度規(guī)范、制定采購計(jì)劃、印刷品等采購部全面工作。一、現(xiàn)將兩個月來的工作情況總結(jié)如下：

1、前期主要熟悉部門制度、工作職責(zé)和清楚認(rèn)識各店原材料

等。

2、認(rèn)真完成采購部日常管理和采購計(jì)劃。

3、及時了解所需原材料的市場行情，并與供應(yīng)商取得聯(lián)系在

每月規(guī)定的時間定價。

4、督促采購員時刻保持清醒頭腦、廉潔奉公、不謀私利、樹

立公司良好的形象。

5、對菌類市場進(jìn)行了源頭尋找并進(jìn)行了成本分析：由于大部

分菌類生產(chǎn)基地品種單一且不配送，通過分析自購成本要高于現(xiàn)供貨商供貨成本，最后決定繼續(xù)尋找菌類源頭。

二、存在的問題和今后努力方向：

兩個月來，雖然對自己的工作有了一定的了解，但也存在一些問題和不足，主要表現(xiàn)在：第一，對原材料的認(rèn)知度不夠；第二，對市場的了解不夠充分；第三，和供應(yīng)商的談判技巧不夠熟練；第四，對原材料源頭的尋找不夠到位。

在今后的工作里，自己認(rèn)真提高業(yè)務(wù)、工作水平。我應(yīng)努力做到：第一，加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)，拓寬知識面，努力學(xué)習(xí)采供管理專業(yè)知識；第二，為使公司采購工作走上制度化、規(guī)范化，合理控制成本和提高采購工作效率，繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)采購制度的建設(shè)；第三，尋找酒樓主要原材料的源頭，長期不懈（家禽屠宰市場，用量較大干雜源頭，部分凍品源頭，菌類源頭等）；第四，繼續(xù)做好采購監(jiān)督和供應(yīng)商管理等工作。
