自4月31日開業(yè)以來,XX大酒店前廳部從只有臨時(shí)收銀人員到組建了專門的工作班子,從剛開始營業(yè)時(shí)客房的低價(jià)賣出到現(xiàn)在的靈活喊價(jià),從一開始對出現(xiàn)糾紛的不知所措到現(xiàn)在處理問題的有條不紊,我們克服了種種困難,使前廳部的工作逐步走入了正規(guī)。在人員不斷更換的情況下,所有的員工仍然能夠克服困難、團(tuán)結(jié)進(jìn)取,基本完成了酒店交給的各項(xiàng)接待任務(wù)。這個月以來,我們做好了以下幾項(xiàng)工作:一、組建了前臺工作班子
現(xiàn)在前臺有4人,實(shí)行早中晚三班制輪換。早晚班各一人,中班兩人。二、注重與各部門的協(xié)調(diào)工作,根據(jù)每日房態(tài)進(jìn)行開房退房工作。
酒店就像一個大家庭,部門與部門之間在工作中難免會發(fā)生磨擦,協(xié)調(diào)的好壞在工作中將受到極大的影響。前廳部是整個酒店的中樞部門,它同餐飲、銷售、客房等部門都有著緊密的工作關(guān)系,如出現(xiàn)問題,我們都要能主動地和該部門進(jìn)行協(xié)調(diào)解決,避免事情的惡化,因?yàn)榇蠹业墓餐康亩际菫榱司频,不解決和處理好將對酒店帶來一定的負(fù)面影響。三、解決糾紛,處理問題,服務(wù)至上
由于酒店一些設(shè)備老化造成客人入住時(shí)的一些不便,時(shí)常引起客人投訴。對于這些出現(xiàn)的糾紛和問題,前廳部沉著應(yīng)對,積極、及時(shí)、妥善地解決。對于個別客人的刻意刁難,我們也做到了忍耐的同時(shí),微笑的賠不是,時(shí)刻以維護(hù)酒店的名譽(yù)為前提,盡量使客人能夠滿意。
在取得成績的同時(shí),我們也要深刻地意識到由于前廳部人員的流動性和不專業(yè)性,以及其他一些原因,我們在工作中仍然存在著很多問題。一、微笑服務(wù)的缺乏
總臺在日常工作中堅(jiān)持做好“三會”,即遇到客人時(shí),會微笑、會問候、會溝通。服務(wù)需要微笑,只有始終向客人投以微笑,服務(wù)才充滿生機(jī),客人會感受到我們發(fā)自內(nèi)心的服務(wù)。而當(dāng)客人一進(jìn)入賓館時(shí),主動、熱情、親切地稱呼客人,一聲問候與語言的溝通更拉近我們與客人的距離。但我們的員工還沒有做到時(shí)刻把微笑掛在臉上,有時(shí)給客人開房也不說普通話。二、銷售技巧的缺乏
由于缺乏專業(yè)素養(yǎng),我們員工在客房銷售技巧方面還有所欠缺。前臺應(yīng)在酒店優(yōu)惠政策的同時(shí),根據(jù)市場行情和當(dāng)日的入住情況靈活掌握房價(jià)。前臺還應(yīng)和保安提前做好溝通,加深配合默契,堅(jiān)持“只要到前臺的客人,我們都要想盡辦法讓客人住下來”的宗旨,由前臺喊高價(jià)格,若客人嫌房價(jià)太貴轉(zhuǎn)身離開時(shí),保安應(yīng)配合上前主動降價(jià)留住客人。三、財(cái)務(wù)交賬的漏洞
由于前臺開房流程都是手寫完成,其中人為可操作性大;電腦程序也因?yàn)榭梢匀藶榈碾S意修改而無法查出實(shí)際開房數(shù)量和價(jià)格;這其中就存在著很大的漏洞。所幸我們的員工從不搞小動作,從中貪污金錢。但以防萬一,前臺財(cái)務(wù)的漏洞應(yīng)盡快想方設(shè)法的補(bǔ)起來。
為了進(jìn)一步提高我們的工作質(zhì)量,配合銷售部完成銷售任務(wù),提高酒店的散客房銷售價(jià)格,更加妥善地處理各種問題,讓每一個客人都能乘興而來,滿意而歸,我們還需不停地努力,做到更好!
一、加強(qiáng)業(yè)務(wù)培訓(xùn),提高員工素質(zhì),提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量;
前廳部作為酒店的門面,每個員工都要直接的面對客人,員工的工作態(tài)度和服務(wù)質(zhì)量反映出一個酒店的服務(wù)水準(zhǔn)和管理水平,因此對員工的培訓(xùn)是我們的工作重點(diǎn),只有通過培訓(xùn)才能讓員工在業(yè)務(wù)知識和服務(wù)技能上有進(jìn)一步的提高,才能更好的為客人提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù)。二、穩(wěn)定員工隊(duì)伍,減少員工的流動性;
三、“硬件”老化“軟件”補(bǔ),通過提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量來彌補(bǔ)設(shè)備老化的不足;四、提高前臺員工的售房技巧,增加散客的入住率,力爭完成酒店下達(dá)的銷售任務(wù)。
新的一月即將開始,前廳部全體員工將以新的精神面貌和實(shí)際行動向賓客提供最優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù),貫徹“賓客至上,服務(wù)第一”的宗旨,為酒店的美好明天貢獻(xiàn)出自己的一份力量。
