在我的理解當中，一名稱職的教師，并不單單是學生眼中看到的好老師或者是口中的老師真好。一名稱職的教師應該努力處好四個方面的關系，領導、同事、家長與學生。時時刻刻跟隨領導的正確方向，與同事之間和諧相處、共同進步，家長們對你的肯定，學生各個方面的進步，四方面的和諧是我這兩年努力地方向，可能也是我以后的二十年甚至更多年教師生涯努力地目標，我想未來的我，會是一個不斷發(fā)展的我，積極努力地我。
