這要根據(jù)各幼兒園要求的不同而定。這個(gè)時(shí)候，越是大型、政府辦幼兒園要求相對(duì)較高，私人幼兒園根據(jù)規(guī)模大小要求不一。幼兒園教師正確、恰當(dāng)、實(shí)事求是地評(píng)價(jià)自己的工作，對(duì)于全面提高幼兒園教師的素質(zhì)，從而提高辦園質(zhì)量，有著重要意義。筆者認(rèn)為，幼兒教師自我介紹時(shí)可以對(duì)照下面10條要求進(jìn)行自我評(píng)價(jià)。

1、責(zé)任感：熱愛(ài)幼教事業(yè)，對(duì)工作表現(xiàn)出濃厚的興趣，有強(qiáng)烈的求知欲和進(jìn)取心，積極主動(dòng)、一絲不茍地做好各項(xiàng)工作。

2、和幼兒相處的能力：尊重、理解、信任幼兒，善于發(fā)揮幼兒的積極性、創(chuàng)造性，熱情活潑，能歌善舞，深受幼兒的喜愛(ài)和尊敬。

3、教育藝術(shù)：以細(xì)致的觀察，敏銳的感受，準(zhǔn)確的判斷和豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)為基礎(chǔ)，靈活地運(yùn)用教育的方法、技巧進(jìn)行新穎、獨(dú)特、有效的教育。

4、業(yè)務(wù)知識(shí)：掌握幼兒教育學(xué)、心理學(xué)的理論，能在實(shí)踐中靈活地運(yùn)用。有廣闊的知識(shí)視野、較強(qiáng)的表達(dá)能力、豐富的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)、熟練的工作能力。

5、工作能力：能熟練地引導(dǎo)幼兒開(kāi)展活動(dòng)，活動(dòng)有計(jì)劃、有條理。

6、工作效率：能迅速完成工作，突出表現(xiàn)在以很快的速度完成某些活動(dòng)上。

7、首創(chuàng)性和獨(dú)立性：有豐富的創(chuàng)造力和想象力，經(jīng)常想出機(jī)智巧妙的辦法解決問(wèn)題，有很好的見(jiàn)解和較系統(tǒng)的計(jì)劃，不依賴(lài)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、同事，能自己尋找解決困難的辦法。

8、人際關(guān)系：具有組織、應(yīng)變、協(xié)調(diào)和交往的能力，和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、同事的關(guān)系融洽，待人有技巧，善于交朋友，能廣泛地爭(zhēng)取社會(huì)各界對(duì)幼教工作的支持。

9、總結(jié)、表達(dá)能力：有較強(qiáng)的口述和筆述技巧，能有效地向同事和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)提出建議，對(duì)孩子講話(huà)時(shí)能使用富有哲理且生動(dòng)形象的語(yǔ)言，內(nèi)容豐富，有吸引力。

10、理論學(xué)習(xí)和研究能力：刻苦鉆研、不斷學(xué)習(xí)，有較強(qiáng)的理論學(xué)習(xí)和研究能力，努力進(jìn)取，認(rèn)真研究，能寫(xiě)出較高水平的論文。
